Checks and outcomes
This section describes the different checks you can enable as part of the Identity Verification service.
You can configure Yoti’s IDV to be fully automated or pair with a fallback to our document experts. This removes the requirement for you to carry out your own checks on failed sessions. Our Identity Verification Specialists work 24/7 from within our two Security Centres in India and the UK. These centres operate under strict security compliance measures and are only accessible by authorised Yoti personnel. Our IDV Specialists conduct a variety of checks, including Document Verification and Facial Recognition work. They are experts in their field and are the first line of defence for individuals and businesses in their fight against fraud.
There are options to enable a manual check. There are three options:
